Postal Auction AVH 44
The Train related items went very well, with a few unsold items from local British railway lines to worldwide collections. It includes letter/newspaper/parcel stamps, covers (with TPO cancels), etc. We still have some world collections for sorting or breaking down for resale. The run of A-Z is full of interesting sets, singles, one country collections. Including a range of Rhodesian Admirals and Double heads inc shades and varieties. Some selections of Malayan States from early to GVI mint and used. The Great Britain section has once again a useful run of 1840 1d blacks and other line engraved and surface printed, mixed plates and conditions. Also incudes an interesting selection of Great Britain used abroad. Unfortunately, we only have a small section of Edward VIII but a good range of George V and QEII. Many interesting items to add to a collection.

Insight into AVH 45
The vendors have been busy finding material to offer. Some vendors have come to an end of there material and trying to offer out at sell me prices (good for resale). In the world selection you have a collectors clear out which found some war tax, postmark collection and 1935 Jubilee in special album. Also some useful Literature including some just out of date SG Part 1’s. Getting very expensive for new ones with info not changing very much. The one country selection has a range of material inc Ascension, Australia and some States. Bermuda, Falklands, France and Colonies, Germany and States. Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Italian Colonies, Malta, New Zealand, St Helena, Switzerland, USA (earlies to Year Books (1992-2012)), etc. The Great Britain starts with a few useful collections to play with from early plate reconstructions and selections for study. To varieties and Post and Go’s. It continues with a run of 1840 1d blacks in varied condition and value. Some useful lots in KGV and QEII, finishing with some covers and a run of Officials.
